	New Hampshire’s Commercial Investment Board of Realtors® is a statewide organization specific to commercial brokers. Its function is to assist commercial brokers and affiliate members in the betterment of their profession.
	The New Hampshire Association of Realtors® is an organization used by real estate brokers and their affiliates for networking and maintaining ethical standards.
	A Certified Commercial Investment Member® is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial investment real estate. Only 7,000 professionals across the world hold this prestigious certification. CCIM members successfully have completed approximately 156,000 transactions, representing more than $400 billion.
	The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® is the leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association. With more than 2,200 hundred members in 450 cities in 20 countries, the SIOR designation is recognized as the most experienced and capable real estate practitioners in any market.
	The Counselors of Real Estate® is a professional membership organization established exclusively for leading real property advisors. Members are awarded the CRE Designation, bestowed by invitation only, in recognition of their achievements in real estate counseling.
