Background & Experience
Michael Degieux has been practicing law in New Hampshire since 2006. Michael’s practice concentrations were in the areas of contract and business law matters. Additionally, he routinely reviewed, interpreted, negotiated and drafted various company memorandums of agreement for purpose of mitigating liability.
Michael has had experience selling new residential construction for larger regional and national home builders in both Maryland and Virginia’s markets. Michael represents both buyer and seller transactions.
As an investor himself, Michael has purchased and sold industrial, commercial and multi-family investment properties throughout New Hampshire since 2004. Currently Michael owns commercial and industrial properties in the Concord, Penacook and Dunbarton areas. Whether the client’s goal is to lease or purchase property to maintain an existing business, build a new business, or to invest in income opportunities, he will be able to lead you in the right property investment direction.
